PROPOSE A PLAYLIST AND RECEIVE A $500 GRANT

This grant will be awarded to an individual proposing a Collective Playlist. This means throughtfully contextualizing a selection of mp3s. This can include music, spoken/read audio, sound art, live performance etc.
